Xtra Normal - must however be able to embedded video into a webpage. The maximum length of these videos is about one minute. This program allows you to use text to create your own dialogue. You do not have to record your voice.

Any Video Converter - This is great solution to the conversion problem. This software allows you to easily convert any video format into a format that is compatible with moviemaker. It also allows you to download youtube videos and save them to a flash drive. A great tool!
